Passwords are generated using the Web Crypto API’s cryptographically secure random number generator, not a predictable pseudo-random function, so results can’t be reproduced or guessed from a seed.
For most accounts, 16 characters with all four character types gives a strong password. For high-value accounts, go to 20 or more. The strength meter shows you the entropy so you can judge for yourself.
Only if you’ll be typing the password manually or reading it aloud, such as for a shared WiFi password. Excluding characters slightly reduces the total pool size, so leave it off for maximum strength.
